Want to increase the number of "Aha" moments in your life?
A little exercize may be the answer.In a Creativity Research Journal Study,college students who were asked to complete 30 minutes of aerobic exercise ( jogging , fast walking , swimming or biking) performed significantly better on creativity test immediately following the exercise than those who did no exercise.Two hours later , the exercisers still scored higher than their nonactive counterparts.Hit the treadmill before work and bright ideas may be much easier to come by.

Zac Efron is most definitely the ultimate teen idol of his time,but comparisons to Elvis stop there-he has no interest in being a singer who acts.On that tip,nevermind those rumors that Zac might remake the Elvis classic Blue Hawaii."I haven't heard that yet!" Zac told a New Zealand radio show.But he still has his sense of humor,adding,"That sounds kinda cool-that's a good idea , man!"
