Want to increase the number of "Aha" moments in your life?
A little exercize may be the answer.In a Creativity Research Journal Study,college students who were asked to complete 30 minutes of aerobic exercise ( jogging , fast walking , swimming or biking) performed significantly better on creativity test immediately following the exercise than those who did no exercise.Two hours later , the exercisers still scored higher than their nonactive counterparts.Hit the treadmill before work and bright ideas may be much easier to come by.
